What should I bring to class?

Please bring a water bottle and a full size towel. Mats and equipment are provided in studio.

Yes, a towel is required for class. You are welcome to bring your own, or rent one in studio for $2.

Yes, lockers are available in studio and can be locked during class, so your belongings are kept secure.

Yes, there are two nearby car parks off Raglan Street, one directly behind the studio and another across Military Road.

Can I attend if I am pregnant, injured or have a medical condition?

For your safety, our heated classes are not suitable during pregnancy and you will not be able to attend while pregnant.If you are injured or have a medical condition, please seek advice from your doctor or healthcare professional before attending. As our classes are heated, this adds another element to consider. Please let your instructor know before class so they can guide you safely.

What if I feel unwell during class?

Please stop, rest and let your instructor know straight away. You can always step out of class if you need to. We encourage you to listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed.
